Sports & Swimming

Physical Education (P.E.) is a vital component of the curriculum at our school. JoyKids provides swimming and gym lessons for students, as sports are a healthy way to develop children’s physical competence and confidence.

Sports help children to develop physical skills, get exercise, make friends, have fun, learn to play as a member of a team, learn to play fair, and improve self-esteem. They can help physical development, cognitive and academic, psychological development, social development, and character development.

We emphasis sports as an important learning environment for children, they give a child more than just physical well-being, they contribute to a child’s development both psychologically and socially. Sports can affect a child’s development of self-esteem and self-worth. Every child can be successful at one sport or another. Take the time to find the sports that are right for each child.

Regular physical activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Making physical activity a priority and encouraging good habits in children from an early age is important and can help them to develop the skills they need to continue being active throughout their lives.
